The Maryland State Department of Education requires a minimum of 21 credits for graduation from a Maryland secondary school. The Catholic High School of Baltimore requires satisfactory completion of at least 7 credits each year of attendance. Students are required to take theology each year of attendance. All credit courses taken at Catholic High must be passed to meet graduation requirements.

*The administration of The Catholic High School of Baltimore retains the right to make minor adjustments in credit requirements for graduation in situations where a student’s accomplishment in a particular area may warrant it. In all cases, the requirements of the Maryland State Department of Education for Non-Public Schools will be met. The decision of The Catholic High School of Baltimore in these matters will be final.
