Admission Procedures

All admission materials are due on Friday, December 23, 2011. Applications cannot be processed unless all of the following information is received.

  1. Apply Online
    Include the $40 non-refundable application fee.
  2. STEM Application
  3. Record Release
    Catholic school students: Personnel at your school will complete the Archdiocese of Baltimore Information Release Form and forward all records to Catholic High.  Non-Catholic School students:  You will need to complete the record release form and forward it to the principal or guidance counselor of your daughter’s current school. Click here to download the record release form. 
  4. High School Placement Test
    The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is administered at Catholic High on Saturday, December 3, 2011. No pre-registration is required.  Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. The cost of the test is $30, and may be paid in cash or check.
  5. Fine Arts Scholarship (Optional)
    Awarded to the applicant who is masterfully skilled in one of the arts: band, chorus, forensics (speech), or art, as well as maintain at least a 3.5 GPA throughout middle school.  Auditions are required. Audition dates are: January 24 & 26, 2012, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  6. Financial Aid (Optional)- Deadline is January 6, 2012
    Tuition & Fees for the 2011-2012 school year total $11,550.  Students' android-powered devices are included in these costs.  Financial aid is need-based and must be applied for each year. Families must apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com.
