The Catholic High School of Baltimore strives to keep tuition and fees affordable for families, making a Catholic High education available to all young women who meet admissions criteria. The Board of Trustees reevaluates the school's budget annually in early spring to determine tuition for the following year.

Tuition: $9,950

Registration Fees

New Students: $650 Due at time of initial registration. (includes the non-refundable $500 tuition deposit)

Current Students
: $150

Late Registration Fee
: $200

Technology/Activity Fees: $500 (Includes software fees, distance learning, liturgies, Community Service Day, and retreats)

Senior Fee: $250 (Includes senior retreat, senior retreat transportation, and Baccalaureate/graduation expenses)

Yearbooks are provided to all students at no cost.

Additional Fees

  • Archangel Program fees for grade 9: $1,000 (due May 3, 2010)

  • Archangel Program fee for grade 10: $1,000 (includes cost for initial and follow-up testing, and summer program)

  • Photography, on-line courses and/or Advanced Placement courses require additional fees. See course descriptions for exact costs. These will be billed separately. Cost for Center Stage field trip will also be billed separately.
  • Textbooks are purchased by students at the beginning of the year.

  • Private bus service is offered by the school to students in Harford County and Anne Arundel County at an additional charge.

    MTA Bus #22 stops directly in front of Catholic High. The majority of students carpool to school.

Second-Daughter Tuition Discount: $1,250 (per additional child)
Families with more than one daughter enrolled at Catholic High will receive a $1,250 tuition discount on each additional daughter's tuition.

Payment-in-Full Discount
 A 3% discount based on tuition and fees paid in full prior to June 1 is provided. No discount is allowed when paying with credit card and recipients of any other discounts or aid, including grants and scholarships. Payments to be made via FACTS Tuition Payment Program.

Tuition Payment Plans:

2010-2011 Payment Plans and Due Dates


Plan 1: The FACTS Tuition Payment of the entire tuition and fees is due on June 1. A 3% discount on tuition will be deducted for this plan, and applies only to accounts not receiving scholarships or financial aid.
 
Plan 2: Participation in FACTS Tuition Management Semi-Annual payment plan requires two equal payments be received no later than June 5 or June 20 and December 5 or December 20. Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) is suggested but not required under this plan. The TRP premium is equal to 2.3% of the total tuition and fees.
 
Plan 3: FACTS Tuition Management Monthly Payment Plan requires that total tuition and fees be divided into 11 monthly payments beginning June 5 or June 20 and ending with a final payment April 5 or April 20.  Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is required under this payment option.

Financial Aid is need-based. Contact the Business Office for a FACTS application at 410.732.6200 ext. 226. Families can also apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. Applications are due to the Private School Aid Service in December for the following year.
