Athletic Director Mrs. McBride receives Mission and Ministry Award from the Board of Trustees
Mrs. Kari McBride, Catholic High's Athletic Director, was honored at the annual Employee Recognition Liturgy, held Tuesday, May 6. Based on the comments made by faculty, staff and administration, Mrs. McBride received the Mission and Ministry Award for the 2007-2008 school year because she embodies and brings to life in others the Franciscan spirit. Since she began working at Catholic High in 2000, Mrs. McBride has motivated athletes to have confidence in their abilities and to have respect for others. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. McBride is a devoted wife and mother. She is tireless as a one-woman Athletic Department and serves as a great role model for students, encouraging all students to maintain physical fitness, to participate in sports, and to go that extra mile for their teams.
