As a school sponsored by the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia, The Catholic High School of Baltimore is dedicated to the education of young women in an environment that fosters Christian attitudes of dignity and respect for the human person and all of creation.

Catholic High Announces Archdiocesan Distinctive Scholars

Every year, the Archdiocese of Baltimore announces the top three students from each Catholic secondary school who demonstrate academic excellence. The Archdiocese of Baltimore recognizes these students' accomplishments throughout their high school career with a Distinctive Scholars Convocation. Catholic High is saddened that we were not able to personally recognize our Distinctive Scholars at the convocation this year, but we can still recognize them virtually.

TCHS Student, Parent, and Alumna Sew Masks for Hospitals and First Responders

Baltimore, Maryland – March 30, 2020 - Catholic High senior, Natalie Barlow ‘20, her mom, Lisa Barlow, and Catholic High alumna, Susan McQuaid Neumeister ’81, are spending their free time sewing masks to donate to hospitals and first responders. They are working with a non-profit organization called Angel Gowns by Baba, Inc. that is sewing masks, in addition to encouraging the public to sew the masks, or to donate supplies or money for the supplies to make the masks.
