STEM Biomedical Concentration is Paving the Way for Women in STEM

Catholic High's STEM Biomedical Concentration and on-staff Medical Coordinator, Dr. Celia Caballero, MD, are truly paving the way for our young women in STEM, especially our young women of color who were featured in this WJZ interview!
Our Jesse James Hinson Clinical Simulation Lab allows our Biomedical students hands-on experience before ever stepping foot into a college course. The Program also empowers our young women to grow and learn in a nurturing and small class environment.
Catholic High is proud to offer our students a variety of courses so they feel confident entering the field of STEM after high school. Dr. Caballero is thrilled to offer an even more unique experience next year in the areas of Histology and Pathology. We can't wait to see how our students transform the world in the future!
